Madison Central is a 160,000 square foot facility strategically located in the southern sector of Dallas. This facility serves as On-Target's regional logistics headquarters and houses the company's corporate office. In 2001, On-Target completed the construction of a 45,000 state-of-the-art distribution facility which meets all electrostatic discharge (ESD) specifications. This new addition currently houses valuable telecommunications equipment for several equipment manufacturers and is the site of our telecommunications kitting, packaging and inventory control projects.

The OTSL Training and Development Center is a full-service training and conference facility, which offers video and web conference-hosting capabilities. Outfitted with high-speed DSL internet access, audio and video presentation equipment and full-service catering, this location can accommodate up to 100 persons at once. Housed in this facility is On-Target's people development division, Ready To Work, and OTSL Charities.
